Água Benta
The cool climate of Beira Interior, influenced by the Serra da Estrela mountains, allows these grape varieties to express their unique characteristics while retaining vibrant acidity and freshness. On the nose, the wine is subtle, with delicate hints of ripe citrus, distant tropical fruits, and a whisper of honey. The palate reveals a wine with good weight and a balanced structure, dominated by lively tropical fruit flavours. Síria brings a fresh aromatic profile, contributing citrus and floral notes, while the Malvasia Fina adds subtle complexity with its hints of honey. Arinto, known for its crisp acidity, enhances the wine's vibrant freshness, leading to a finish marked by a distinctive orange skin-like acidity and a touch of mint.
