Yankee & Kraut

Dry Humour Brut IPA

Super aromatic with an ultra light body. This beer is dangerously drinkable for 6.8%. Truly the "champagne" of beer styles.

About the brewery

Yankee&Kraut, an homage to the hop-fields surrounding Ingolstadt, Bavaria. Bryan France (the Yankee) and Max Senner (the Kraut) met over the period of about 50 Beers one horrifically brilliant evening, their paths were forever changed. A combined passion for great beer and a lack of variety at the time were the precursors for a perfect storm. Deliberation, joking around and far too many “Halbe” (Pints) led them to pursue their true “passion”: beer. Just one year later (after “torturing” traditional German palates with their anything but boring, highly flavourful and aromatic concoctions) Yankee&Kraut was awarded Rate Beer’s best new Bavarian Brewer 2016. Great beer for amazing people.

There's a lot of rubbish out there claiming to be Brut IPA. This is not one of those!

Not a usual beer flavour, but you can definitely tell it has the Brut about it. Not quite champers, but good enough.
