Farmhouse Pale + Gooseberry + Zingy Wild Beer Co thought they would be able to make this beer exactly how they wanted... The "all-day" wild beer, tart and fruity, but well-hopped and drinkable. They have been chasing this beer since they started the brewery and love this combination. Juicy, tart gooseberries and their own culture of wild yeast from local orchards give this a gentle acidity. Whilst a generous "dry-hop" of complementary hops enhance the fruitiness and give a light but moreish bitterness.

Hailing from Somerset, Wild Beer Co has established a reputation as the UK's leading proponent of wild yeast fermentation. And, despite the somewhat unpredictable nature of wild yeast, everything these guys touch somehow turns to gold. We particularly love pairing their sour, funky beers with different foods.
