Sleeping Limes Citrus Lager
BEB: 8.3.21 - Clean and crisp with refreshing tangy limes and a moreish briny finish. It originally took inspiration from Sleeping Lemons and the beautiful preserved lemons Wild uses, but the idea developed into a cleaner beer, taking the Corona and lime wedge and stepping it up a notch.

Loved this, took me back to my childhood drinking Topdeck!!
A light tasting lager, was expecting something quite sour but it isn't. The citrus flavour is subtle but it is definitely there. Would drink again.
There's nothing wrong with this but my expectations were too high. I like Wild Beer. I like Sleeping Lemons (both versions). I really like limes. And yet this seems sadly less than the sum of its parts: good, but not great.
