About the brewery
Vault City Brewing’s mission to make modern and mixed fermentation beer began in 2018, and ever since it’s been pushing the boundaries of what beer can be and do. Pairing its house culture and mixed fermentation base beer with everything from real fruit ingredients to chocolate cake, play and adventure is front and centre of operations at this Edinburgh-based brewery.

Murky red brown colour to it. Lashings of strawberry on the aroma. Fruity strawberry with a creamy vanilla flavour with a tart sour finish but balances nicely with the cream.
Very strange, taste more like a bitter cider to me. Can see why some people would like it though.
Big sweet strawberry and lightly tart - as it claims!
Strawberry purée liberally dolloped over fluffy sponge cake. Smooth creamy oat milk tinges throughout, before a fresher strawberry taste alongside a softly citric sour finish.
