About the brewery
Vault City Brewing’s mission to make modern and mixed fermentation beer began in 2018, and ever since it’s been pushing the boundaries of what beer can be and do. Appearance: pale yellow, hazy. Nose: Fresh fruit, lemon, yeast, pineapple, grass. Taste: Smooth approach followed by a punch of sour lemon. Lingering acidity. Ginger, citrus, clove. Spicy warmth, yet refreshing!
This is so clean and easy drinking. Very sessionable
