Citrus Session Juicy IPA

Another beer in Our New IPA Needs No Introduction series! This time its Citrus Session Juicy IPA. Sounds complicated? Citrus – we used citrus zest, i.e. very thinly peeled orange, lemon and grapefruit peels. Session – in this edition we wanted maximum drinkability (session). Juicy – this is how we arranged the malt-flake grist and selected the yeast and fermentation profile to obtain a pleasant juiciness and velvety texture.
Tasting notes
Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Oat Flakes, Wheat Flakes, Oat Malt, Hops, Yeast, Citrus Fruit Peels: Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon. For allergens see ingredients in bold.

About the brewery

Trzech Kumpli is a craft brewery based in Tarnów, South Poland. We started as home brewers in 2010 and went pro in 2014. We love IPAs and saisons which dominate our offer. On the other hand we still brew a classic, well crafted Pils which is one of our best sellers in Poland. We're particularly obsessed about using fresh and best quality hops but at the same time we adore smoky Grodziskie which is the only beer style with 100% Polish origin.

Nice juicy citrus IPA, went down a treat
Juicy, citrus & hoppy tasting Session Indian Pale Ale brewed in Zywiec in Southern Poland but lacking the bitter aftertaste of an American style IPA.
