On the good side, this definitely has plenty of body and even some caramel notes. There is also an unusual floral note of something approaching Sarsparilla and/or Liquorice: this sort of undertone was not entirely welcome.

Pours a little cloudy, not much head. Light-bodied. Fairly well hopped, sugary American style with a vague citrus vibe; grapes, stone fruit, a little grapefruit leaving a bitter finish. Pretty dry. On the thin side. Slightly resinous. Not bad. Cheers! 🍻

Clear amber in colour with a thin head. Piney in a light refreshing body.
