'Keltoi' is the origin of the ethnic group who came to be the Celts, the Celtic culture spanning Ireland, Great Britain and parts of 'Gaul'. This is a true collaboration - a Germanic beer, brought to Great Britain by Irish and French brewers. Santé! A clean, crisp, delicately-balanced beer with a very subtle fruit and hop character. Subdued maltiness leads into a pleasantly well-attenuated and refreshing finish.

A couple of years ago I was privileged to visit Cologne and experience a few of the brew-houses. I believe that this kolsch-style beer was good but not in the Cologne style.
Beautiful beer. Smooth crisp. Could drink this all night.
