A clean, refreshing sour ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Summer from Australia. Dry hopped during fermentation to make the most of our unique house yeast. Aroma is strong white grape with a background of ripe passion fruit and melon pulp. Flavour is unique and distinct; sour white grape. A very clean beer it has a dry finish with the medium-tart mouth puckering sourness.
