Simcoe Single Hop Pale
Single hop pale ale using Simcoe hops. Grown in the ‘hop belt’ of America’s Northwest by Select Botanicals Group, Palisade is an aroma hop known for its high yield and its unique aroma profile. Described as piney, and dank with notes of passionfruit and berries. The extremely low alpha acids levels in Simcoe contribute to the soft, smooth, approachable bitterness found here.

Nice well balanced hoppy beer, pick of the bunch for this month
I love this beer and especially this brewery
A slight desillusion after enjoying its nose...refreshing, but lacking strength, body and taste.
