About the brewery
Beautifully inefficient. A lot of manual effort and hard work is poured in every bottle. We invest time in a beer and follow the traditional brewing methods but sometimes we also like to break the rules of tradition and experiment with different raw materials.

Delicious, refreshingly fruity citrus sour with the unique and beautifully lip-puckering yuzu. Best of this batch by a mile!
Not a taste I would usually choose, it was pretty sharp. But interesting to try!
This tastes like a sparkling lemon water. Very nice, if you're dehydrated. I like it in a strange sort of way.
