About the brewery
Beautifully inefficient. A lot of manual effort and hard work is poured in every bottle. We invest time in a beer and follow the traditional brewing methods but sometimes we also like to break the rules of tradition and experiment with different raw materials.

Haven’t had anything similar to this before but enjoyed the unusual slightly woody flavour. Really nice balanced, full flavour beer
