Red Hook
Longhammer West Coast IPA
Redhook Long Hammer IPA is a West Coast classic. The generous addition of hops during the brewing and fermentation process gives a characteristic bitterness and piney citrus aroma and flavor. Piney aromas and citrus flavors come from a generous addition of hops during the boil and dry-hopping at the end of fermentation. Tracing its heritage from another Redhook classic beer, Ballard Bitter, Long Hammer IPA is one of America’s favorite IPAs and Seattle’s #1 local IPA.

Evidently iconic, but I don't think I'd ever had it before. Malty as well as piney gentle hoppiness.
One of the best beers I’ve ever tasted. Hoppy tropical and juicy
Tangy, bitter, citrus rind. Ferric at first sip, but just as I was about to wrinkle my nose, this gave way to the pine and herbs more characteristic of a dry hopped ale. If you like Chartreuse, you'll like this. Pre-Perestroika era label design a bonus.
Fantastic beer, would have this every day of the week

Love this beer. Couldn’t believe it when I opened the box and it was there. Had it many times before.
