A rich, creamy stout, bursting with coconut, sweet vanilla and dark chocolate (Proper Chocolate Company, Dublin) flavour. A soft water profile leads the way for a soft and pillowly mouthfeel to really shake up this brew. Additions of lactose in the boil give it a fantastic thick body and generous amounts of brown sugar will ensure those with a sweet tooth are satisfied.

About the brewery
Rascals Brewing Co, located in historic Inchicore in Dublin, is a 30 HL independent micro brewery with a passion for taking traditional beer styles and brewing them with a twist. Mouthfeel not as 'silky' as expected but still a nice, dark stout
Lovely tasting stout was expecting this to be too rich and sickly but pleasantly surprised
