About the brewery

Rascals Brewing Co, located in historic Inchicore in Dublin, is a 30 HL independent micro brewery with a passion for taking traditional beer styles and brewing them with a twist. Established in 2014, the husband-and-wife team operation has brewed all manner of wonderful beer, from Chardonnay Saisons to Mint Choc Stouts to Strawberry Vanilla Milkshake IPAs. Fruity nose, with backnotes of caramel. Delicious flavour which is sweet, but the fruit and caramel sweetness is nicely balanced by the strong hop flavour. Wonderful and Excellent!
