About the brewery
Deep in the fruit growing land that punctuates Cambridge, Pastore was born of a father and son’s shared love of spontaneous fermentation. Since 2020 has become one of just a handful of dedicated sour, wild, and mixed fermentation breweries in the UK. Northern Monk / Pastore - Rolle Bolle - a Belgian Table Beer it says, I guess so, it has that feel but in a light form come in at 3.4%, it's ok Can from Beer52.
Very VERY drinkable and would definitely buy again.
Crystal clear in colour. Funky estery Belgian nose. Bubblegum and clove. Really easy to drink
Tasted this one when I was thirsty so knecked the 1st half, definitly easy drinking and flavourly. A continuous malt and fruit.
