Pale with strawberries, Scotch Bonnet chilli, Italian basil and organic cocoa from Peru. The base is pale, wheat and flaked oats. ORA have added loads of strawberries and cocoa, which they balanced off with the savory of basil to bring the sweetness down a touch. They then added a combination of Cayenne and Scotch Bonnet chilies, to give a tingle on the tongue with a bright and tropical fruit note. This beer is a tribute to the equivalent dessert at Dabiz Munoz's StreetXo, and has been brewed in Bermondsey with Craft Tooting

White chocolate and strawberry really come through, as well as the gelato texture and a real kick from the chilli. Sweet and spicy finish to round off this excellent, innovate beer
