Deep Fake NZ Draught

ABV 4% Size 330ml

Forged out of deep irony, Deep Fake is a tribute to a New Zealand beer that holds a special place in our hearts - Lion Brown. A Vienna-style lager given increased complexity and body, the beautiful base flavour of honey, almond and hazelnut has been elevated with NZ hops to give the beer a faint whiff of tropical fruit and spicy lime.

Ingredients: water, malted barley, yeast, hops. For allergens see ingredients in bold.

Not the most thrilling for my taste of the overall NZ Beer Month offerings. Nothing actually wrong with it, though!

Not familiar with Vienna style lagers, but this is outstanding. Lovely warm amber colour. Moreish, soft and malty with a slightly nutty character.

Good base. Not much flavour.
