Newbarns Brewery
Oat Lager
BEB: 18/8/21 - Our core-range Oat Lager, which we also refer to amongst ourselves as our "Adjunct Lager", or "Rustic Pils". This beer is a take on some of our favourite beers and is brewed with extra pale malt, and a healthy proportion of oats, wheat, flaked barley, and other adjuncts we feel fit the rustic nature of this beer. Fermented with a German lager strain and hopped with UK Goldings and UK Challenger hops from Brook House Hops in Herefordshire for a pronounced hop character
Tasting notes
Ingredients: water, malted barley, yeast, hops. For allergens see ingredients in bold.

Loved this, one of the best lagers I’ve ever had and would certainly go back for more and more
Nice for a couple this, can only imagine how good it would be off the tap in an etched glass. Savory and smooth
Biscuity bready lager, its a solid thirst quencher
This is a perfect lager to me. From one of the most exciting new breweries around.
One of the best lagers I’ve ever had, amazing!
