Bright white head with soft lacing, mid high mousse like carbonation, aroma of champagne and elderflower with hints of kush. Flavour has a clean assertive bitterness, effervescent acidity and more than a hint of cold climate sauvignon blanc grapes. A brisk, dry but full mouthfeel.

Refreshing and good flavour just a bit too lively in the can - wasn’t expecting it to go everywhere when it hadn’t been shaken up when cold weather blanketed during Eng v France half time - sticky blanket lead to lost point!
Best Non Alcoholic beer I've had. Tastes as good as many full fat beers. Excellent!
