About the brewery
A true Belgian family-run brewery, now led by the fourth generation. Tongerlo is bottle conditioned, an incredibly meticulous process that reveals the true craftsmanship of brewing, a technique Tongerlo’s Master Brewers have perfected over many, many years. Yeast is added just before Tongerlo is bottled; it is then stored for conditioning for at least two weeks at 22°C. After two weeks, Tongerlo’s Master Brewers taste the beers matured, rich and complex flavours, and only then the beer is approved for sale.

Pours with a lot of sediment. Fresh coriander and floral flavours with a gentle sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing.
A pleasan t wheat beer, not overly flavourful, pleasant enough, lacked a bit of wheat depth.
