About the brewery

Tom Gosnell had always been fascinated by bees and honey, and started out brewing mead at home. The idea behind Gosnell’s now prominent taproom on the Bermondsey Beer Mile, was therefore partly to educate drinkers about the ingredients and processes, rather than just offering a novel alternative to beer. Today all of Gosnell’s drinks are made from honey, and every pint comes with a keen sense of how important it is to protect our pollinators.

Golden honey colour with a fine bubbled head. Clarity is good. Light malty aromas with a bit of floral notes. Sweet but incredibly well balanced with a malty background to it. Easy drinking and delicious.
