About the winery
Finca Las Violetas was launched by winemaker Gastón Vitale in 2020, originally with the intention of creating only blended wines, respecting the natural notes of eachvariety and creating unique combinations. Its first bottlings were so well received though, that in 2023 Gastón released a new line of varietal wines, ‘Flor Violeta’, showcasing grapes including Tannat, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Albariño and Sauvignon Blanc.
