Tropic Thunder Fruited Sour
Tropic Thunder is a joint effort with nomadic brewer Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal. We brewed this sour ale with lactobacillus and let it ferment with plentiful mango, passion fruit and peach. Sweet! There's a simple and straight forward story to this not so simple and straight forward beer. The idea was that we wanted to make a beer that tastes like a popsicle. A beer as refreshing as those ice cold, fruity treats we loved as kids.

Just when I thought Dugges sours couldn't get any better you produce this little gem! Lots of lifted fruit tones with a truly tart sourness makes this a thing of beauty.
So fruity peach, mango, passion fruit, sweet, sour, tart. Dugges is one of my favourite brewerys and this is my favourite by them that I've tried so far.
Another incredible effort from the Dugges sour range. This was a delight to drink.
