About the brewery
DRY & BITTER Based in Gorlose just outside of Copenhagen, Dry & Bitter is making a name for itself producing amazingly well hopped beers, big stouts and delicious barrel aged sours. Be patient with this one and savour. Gets better as you go!
Lovely flavour - dark chocolate, licorice and cherry. Surprisingly light.
Bitterness is offset by fragrant cherry, not reliant on sweetness.
