About the brewery
DRY & BITTER Based in Gorlose just outside of Copenhagen, Dry & Bitter is making a name for itself producing amazingly well hopped beers, big stouts and delicious barrel aged sours. Soren Parker Wagner, owner, head brewer and beer aficionado has worked and brewed with the best in the industry and has meant he learnt an uncompromising approach to flavour and technique. Pretty juicy - would deffo drink again ( being totally critical I think maybe needed a bit of lactose or something to give it a little more depth ) but then again I’m not a brewer So I’ll stick to my day job - 4.5 / 5 for me
Very dank not as juicy. Great beer though. The trouble is that I was a bit squiffy when I had this.
Easy drinking almost session like hopped with citrus hit at the beginning
