Gassy volatile pour despite upright storage for weeks. Head dissipates in seconds; still very fizzy, need swirling. Once done there's a nice enough taste but no sign of chilli. Mangoes get overwhelmed and it's basically a lime sour. On the cusp of genius
Lovely mango taste and then the subtle hint of chilli as well. Such a good combination!
Sour indeed! Like drinking pop, which could be dangerous! I could quite happily drink this, the problem is, I could also quite happily neck it! However, I couldn't taste the chilli that well - a bit too subtle. The mango is certainly there!

Very little mango but plenty of chilli.
