About the brewery
From very humble beginnings, Cold Town Brewery started out in early 2018 as a microbrewery operating out of an old, empty church on Edinburgh’s historic Grassmarket. Determined to pay tribute to the city's brewing heritage, and have fun while doing it, Cold Town boasts everything from no nonsense, pint-worthy lagers, to Pornstar Martini Ales, for those among us with a sweeter tooth.

Pours a hazy oj coloured body with much remaining of the big frothy white head Aroma is effervescent vitamin fizz Flavour is stonefruit and pineapple traces
Disappointed with a lack of bitterness in this East Coast style Indian Pale Ale that has a hoppy & tropical fruit taste with a hazy appearance.
Hazy orange with a very lively head. Fruity light flavour.
I thought this tasted slightly too bitter for my liking, it could have also done with being a little fruitier as well
A slightly less hazy NEIPA than usual bit more fruity.
