About the brewery

Bullhouse Brew Co are part of the new wave of Northern Irish brewers making their mark on the UK scene. Producing multi-award winning beers such as Merc Bro and Stouts Out, they are known for a solid core range as well as a host of specials ranging from funky sours to decadent stouts. All beers are currently brewed in a tiny shed on the family farm, with plans to move the brewery to Belfast this summer.

Crisp and tasty. Sourness won't be for everyone but I liked it
Oh. My. God. Back in January of 2020, I treated my girlfriend to a trip to Krakow. On this trip we spent a considerable amount of time at the house of beer and sampling all the beers they had to offer. It was here, I tried my first ever sour beer. A passion fruit and mango sour. I absolutely loved it, the contrast to the beers we had previously was astounding, it had so much tang and sourness. I've been looking for this beer or something similar to it ever since. And bullhouse was the ticket.
Sour, a bit too sour but is full of flavour especially the passionfruit.
