Another new hop has joined our brewing playground. YCH702 vibrates with possibilities! Providing a clean citrus base to this beer. Combined with Idaho Gem, a hop we’ve never brewed with before. We were happy, as it brought loads of sweet cherry and pineapple aromas to our brewing party. Finally, Mosaic Cryo helps to bring another layer of depth with it’s clear flavour of cherries, blackcurrant– and blueberries and some pineapple. This beer also received a healthy dose of oat malt for a beautiful silky mouthfeel.
Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Spelt, Rye, Oats, Wheat, Hops, Yeast. For allergens see ingredients in bold.

Another winner from this fine brewery in Alkmaar, NL
Not a fan. There seems to be a cherry like dry flavour which makes this beer a little sour and unbalanced.
Pours a hazy pineapple flesh coloured body with good tight white head Aroma is bicarb and stonefruit Flavour is pineapple then earthy bitterness
