About the brewery
Founded in 2016 by the four Zomerdijk brothers, Pim, Rob, Tom and Max, this family of engineers grew their brand and brewery by manufacturing solutions to the challenges they encountered. Probably the most chocolatey stout I've tasted. Smooth as silk, but chipotle is a touch on the light side.
Anything Mexicake I jump at. This stout has the perfect amount of chocolatiness whilst the slight spice gives it a whole extra dimension of flavour. Definitely one to have again.
Yes - this is how you do the Mexican Hot Chocolate style realllllly well! Did Stone invent the style? This might actually even be better than Stone's . . .
Like drinking a dark chocolate cake, absolutely lovely.
This is great, can not recommend enough. Nice and thick, and smells as good as it tastes. Lots of cinnamon and vanilla coming through.
