About the brewery

Using pure water from the Ardennes, high-quality ingredients and the know-how of father and sons William, Tom and Jonas, Brasserie de Bellevaux produces a range of regional classics with passion and care. Based in Malmedy, in the Eastern Cantons of Belgium, the brewery masterfully blends modernity with tradition in the form of its contemporary brewhouse, and small farmhouse in which the brewery is based. Brasserie de Bellevaux describes its beer as "living" beer, which is high ABV and slightly cloudy thanks to being neither filtered nor pasteurised.

If you like wheat beers, try it!
Decent drink. Nice floral herbal hoppy aroma with a slight piney note. A nice fruity taste mixed in with a subtle hoppiness. Slight sweetness to finish but enjoyable. Smooth and easy drinking session ale even at the abv but steady on there people
A very nice wheat beer. Something I like
Belgian funk, with tinges of orange peel within a big hit of coriander. Soft bready tinges with a drizzle of lemon abs a hint of bubblegum behind.
Pours a clear yellow with a lively white head and lots of bubbles. Aroma is that classic spice and clove Belgian. Clove and some lovely banana.
