Made from 100% Tinta de Toro, this robust red is packed with rich aromas of black cherry, plum and smoky, mocha notes. Intense, ripe fruit flavours combine with a darker, more brooding, wild character and hints of herbs which open up in the glass. Chewy with ample ripe tannins but also a freshness, brightness and elegance. Decant 30min before serving and drink slightly chilled along with roast lamb, fatty cuts of beef or barbecue grilled meat.
