About the brewery

Black Isle Brewing Co is Scotland’s only organic brewery, making beer since 1998 from its wild – and sometimes wet – Highland home. With 125 acres of our own farmland, it grows organic barley for its beer, as well as herbs, salads and vegetables for its Inverness bar. The spent grain from brewing is then fed back to its flock of Hebridean sheep. Save the planet, drink organic!

Hazy orange colour to it with a tight white head. Aroma of peaches and grapefruit. Nice pine flavour to it with hints of bitter citrus.

Ok pale ale, but nothing special. Slightly burnt tang.
