Excellent lager to use when making lager, honey, mustard bread
Perfectly clear on the pour. Nice malty pilsner. Just perfection.
A Birmingham version of a crisp clear German pilsner lager with a slight citrus taste from the Simcoe hops. I'm not sure if this Birmingham lager is supposed to be a British version of a lager brewed in Frankfurt (Birmingham is twinned with Frankfurt-am - Main).
As nice as a Burton on trent beer.
