About the brewery
In 2016, Bianca Road Brew Co opened its doors as a sustainable brewery with a focus on fresh, hoppy beers. From that moment, founder Reece Wood’s sense of adventure began seeping into the brewery’s philosophy, making it always eager to try new things, embrace change, and experiment with its craft. A delicious , refreshing and slighty hoppy drink with an underlying ABV of 6.2% that makes is very dangerous . Really enjoyed this outstanding IPA .
Another strong one but a very drinkable beer! Good balance of hops and malt in the aroma and flavour, good mouthfeel - smooth. But 6.2% crikey...
Could drink all day, which is lethal given its ABV. I should have given 4 stars really.
