About the brewery
Born of its co-owners' background in coffee, hospitality, design and of course, home brewing, Beerbliotek was destined to become the flavour and community-focused brewery it is today. Solid - not too intense on citrus or hops. Might have expected a bit more.
Got that overpowering hoppy taste, dirty and earthy, but it went down really easy, I'm love/hate with this one tbh, cos I feel like it could be one of the best crafts I've ever had but it's gonna take a few for my tastebuds to get there. If it was 1 word: complex
