Crank The Juice is what fuels our spring time late afternoons, sitting outside, enjoying the sun. It's pronounced and flavourful, and brings you notes of peach, white grapes and lychee. A round body with a mild soft bitterness balances out the fruitness.

This hazy pale has a grist of Maris Otter pale malt, wheat and oats along with our super fruity house yeast. This winning combo creates the perfect base to allow US big-hitters Citra and Azacca hops to sing. On the nose, a tropical and stone fruits aroma is backed up by citrus. A soft smooth mouthfeel and low bitterness make this dangerously sessionable.

Our latest creation and sibling of the mighty #DIPA, we are proud to present our new session IPA, #SIPA. We've designed this beer to be your go-to Session IPA. One taste and you'll see why. #SIPA is relatively bright, not overly bitter or sweet, and made with a hop mix that is a blend of fruity, floral, and citrusy.

A winter-warming stout, featuring a full-bodied ABV that enhances the black and chocolate malt profile. Collaboratively brewed with Mold Alehouse, this stout is lightly hopped with Cascade to balance such a decadent malt profile. Enjoy warming notes of chocolate, coffee, and caramel richness, making it the perfect companion for the colder months.

This is a "modern" IPA using a blend of simcoe, amarillo, and citra hops. It is a bit hazy, but not like #DIPA level. Rather than trying to make the richest flavor on the planet, it is a good balance between drinkability and juicy flavor, which is the latest way IPAs are trending.

This Italian Pilsner was brewed true to style - grassy and herbal from the hops, balanced with subtle complexity from a very light dry hop. It has a distinct bitterness, more than a German Helles or Czech Pils would have. It is light in color and malt flavor. It is aged a bit less than our other pilsners - this is intentional. The style is usually not aged more than 4-5 weeks and is unfiltered.

Inspired by our favourite continental lagers, we have emulated the classic Bavarian style with an extended conditioning time of eight weeks. Leith Helles is a modern iteration with delicate hopping of Saaz and Cascade resulting in an impeccably clean and sessionable beer. Certified gluten-free.
