Light amber in colour with hints of pink. It is very exuberant on the nose, with exotic fruits and lactic notes at its forefront. It's subtly complex with hints of moss and mineral aromas. On the palate it is consistent, with very sweet first sip, a bold body and a fruity aftertaste with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. The hop resin gives the beer an elegant and long bitterness.

Its abundant and persistent beige foam retains the subtle aroma of toasted bread and caramel. Deep dark red beer with hints of roasted coffee, chocolate and nuts. This porter is medium bodied with coffee nuances and a creamy, lasting head. A beer to enjoy on its own or alongside a dessert, especially one with biscuits and chocolate.

Very balanced beer with a high presence of malt in both aroma and flavour. It is accompanied with light touches of citrus and herbal hops that give a refreshing point to the drink. Hoppy Pale Ale is a very thirst quenching golden ale. Light in alcohol and gently carbonised. This beer has a lovely aroma of hops with notes of citrus and resin given by new generation American hops. On the palate it is fresh, very drinkable with a light bitter touch of fruit and citrusy notes creating a long lasting after taste. Ideal as an aperitif or pre-lunch beverage accompanying spicy or hot tapas.

This West Coast IPA is noticeably clear and bright with a pale gold colour. The aromas don’t disappoint with elegant renditions of grapefruit rind, tangerine and melon. Take a hefty gulp and enjoy a balanced cascade of mandarin citrus and evergreen sappiness held up by a just-strong-enough malt structure. A lot of flavour for a low medium bodied IPA. A thought-provoking easy drinker.

To the eye this porter is just as a porter should be: a deep rich mahogany colour. Luscious looking but not dense with a slight persistent foam reminiscent of espresso crema. This lends perfectly to the aromas of espresso, bitter chocolate and toasted bread. A sip yields bitter and sweet flavours of raw cocoa nib with German Chocolate Cake slathered with coconut frosting. Don’t be fooled, it finishes dry. At 6% this is a flavourful and sessionable mid-winter's quaff. BBD 31/01/2024

Paseo is a Gluten Free Session IPA. A golden, crisp, light and refreshing IPA with a 5.1% ABV. It has a nice soft and persistent bitterness, with a hint of maltiness. The aroma and flavour are tropical, herbal and citric.

This pale unfiltered lager is brewed with rice to create a crisp dry finish. Hopped with Wai-iti, Citra and Bavaria Mandarina to add to the citrus character, Spanish orange zest is added in the whirlpool for an extra citrusy dimension. To drive the aroma, it was also gently dry hopped towards the end of fermentation. The result is a light, gentle citrusy thirst slaking lager with a clean crisp finish.

Well balanced modern pale ale brewed with fluffy oats and a touch of wheat for roundness. Nicely hopped in the kettle, and blasted in the fermenter with beautifully selected Centennial and Cashmere. Nicely rounded mouthfeel with a smooth bitterness, notes of drippy melon and lemon verbena, and a hint of sugary tangerine in a celestial lightshow you're convinced you can taste.

Meaning 'black fig' in Spanish, this is a modern speciality beer with dark grains and dark Munich malt, giving distinctive fig notes. A low profile hops nose, with low esters and a black colour with a very clear appearance. Aged on oak chips, with a high carbonation level will give this a lively palate, fresh yet still smooth and drinkable. Best Before 13-Jan-2024

Jamonera is a drinkable, malty beer. Amber in colour with a good head. Medium sweet in aroma with hints of caramel, toffee and cocoa. You can taste a lot of malts, a bit of roasted malt too, flavours of biscuits, caramel and a hint of dry cocoa powder.
