Puglian Reds

A high quality grape from the ‘heel’ of Italy, Nero Di Troia is a deep red colour, giving violets, red and dark fruit on the nose and oak, leather and chocolate on the palate. Soft and velvety, the use of oak balances the tannins in this complex wine.

Made from a blend of Puglian grape varieties, Appassito undergoes a slight drying on the vine before harvesting, in order to create softness and complexity in the final product. With an intense ruby red colour and complex notes of blackberry, cherry and plum jam on the nose.

The quintessential Puglian grape variety from the picturesque vineyards of Southern Italy, Primitivo is a ripe red wine with notes of chocolate, morello cherries and spice. Smooth, medium-bodied with juicy fruit flavours.
