Northern Ireland Selection

One of the first beers we ever brewed. A grist consisting of 6 different roasted malts with a generous helping of oats. Notes of chocolate, molasses and spades of vanilla. Adding marshmallows at whirlpool, the beer is then conditioned on Madagascan vanilla pods. An absolute treat of roast meets sweet.

A warming full bodied hazy pale ale with generous additions of particularly Citra hops throughout the brewery journey. Lovely balance of bitterness, sweetness and fruity, zesty hops. Slight honey finish.

Merging the best of East and West Coast IPA styles, piney and tropical with a soft body, hopped with Chinook, Talus, Centennial and Columbus.

Citra Pale Ale - extra pale ale, rounded and citrusy.

Switch off and enjoy this Nelson Sauvin dry-hopped pale ale, bursting with grapefruit, gooseberry and tropical fruit.

Belfast meets Oceania with a showcase of the best hops from the Southern Hemisphere. Expect Nectaron’s tropical fruits, balanced with passionfruit and peach from Galaxy, followed up with a citrusy bang from Citra.

This little pale ale is hopped with Citra and Azacca for soft citrus and tropical stone fruit flavours.

Malty base with citrusy and herbal notes. A slight spark of cloves gives a nice punch in the hoppy underlayer. Well bodied beer which gives a great mouthfeel.
