This 100% Mtsvane comes from the protected appellation of Manavi, recognised for its superiority of terroir. The wine has a warm climate character; tropical fruit, ripe stone fruit and yellow flowers dominate the nose. The palate is soft, round and spicy but with the citrusy freshness typical for Georgian wines. It almost reminds one of Southern Rhone whites! It is certainly a food wine, pair it with fried goat cheese, bouillabaisse or paella.

Juicy, fresh, easy drinking and full of flavour. An aromatic wine, strawberry jam with ripe blackcurrants and menthol - seriously moreish. The palate is a bit of a surprise. The grapes were late harvested and as a result, the wine has a lovely initial sweetness balanced by the typical Saperavi high tannins and acidity. Really interesting and fun! Decant 40 minutes before drinking, serve lightly chilled with duck, game or strong cheeses - Stilton, Roquefort and Gorgonzola.

This hand-harvested Rkatsiteli is a benchmark for this often underestimated indigenous Georgian grape. Full of yellow plum, quince and white peach flavours with excellent weight and concentration on the palate. The highlight, however, is the citrussy freshness and a long mineral finish. Almost like a combination of good Chenin, Pinot Gris and a Chablis! Delicious. Drink chilled with scallops, quiches, frittatas and mild cheeses like Caerphilly & white-rinded cheeses like Brie.

This beautifully coloured Saparavi was made from grapes harvested from several different vineyards in the renowned Kakheti region. The wine is bright and juicy with fresh crunchy dark berry flavours and perfectly balanced acidity. Tannic but balanced and well-made. Decant 40 minutes prior serving and pair with spicy sausage stew, a juicy burger or barbecued meats.
