Deep brown porter with hints of roasted coffee, chocolate and nuts, and a creamy, long-lasting head. The malts have been hand-selected to highlight the dried fruit, caramel, and chocolate characteristics of a true Porter. Enjoy it on its own or with a biscuity chocolate dessert.

Homer combines two of Alpha Delta's favourite things... porters and donuts! This beer tastes exactly as you would imagine. A pure black porter which hits you with that delicious glazed donut taste followed by a satisfying roasted finish. Hmmmmm D'oh Nuts!

To the eye this porter is just as a porter should be: a deep rich mahogany colour. Luscious looking but not dense with a slight persistent foam reminiscent of espresso crema. This lends perfectly to the aromas of espresso, bitter chocolate and toasted bread. A sip yields bitter and sweet flavours of raw cocoa nib with German Chocolate Cake slathered with coconut frosting. Deep dark red beer with hints of roasted coffee, chocolate and nuts. This porter is medium bodied with coffee nuances and a creamy, lasting head. A beer to enjoy on its own or alongside a dessert, especially one with biscuits and chocolate.

An amalgamation of roasted stouty goodness with a layering of Crystal malt to provide a toffee goodness. A nice high finishing gravity provides mouthfeel density and sweetness, backed up by a healthy dosing of dates to give that distinctive sticky toffee pudding goodness. A reserved addition of mixed spice really finishes this beer off as a complex delight for the senses. Works either paired with the glorious pud or as a dessert in its own right.

This is what we got when we wanted to brew a dark beer that's not too bitter nor too sweet, not too dry and not too full, either. Roasty enough, with just the right amount of body, with plenty of flavours Trzech Kumpli loves: coffee, chocolate, nuts, dried fruit. A rich mouthfeel of perfectly balanced bitterness against malty sweetness. Add the wonderfully creamy texture coming from the oat flakes and there's a recipe for a seamlessly balanced dark beer.
