Crisp Lagers

This pale unfiltered lager is brewed with rice to create a crisp dry finish. Hopped with Wai-iti, Citra and Bavaria Mandarina to add to the citrus character, Spanish orange zest is added in the whirlpool for an extra citrusy dimension. To drive the aroma, it was also gently dry hopped towards the end of fermentation. The result is a light, gentle citrusy thirst slaking lager with a clean crisp finish.

BBD: 29/06/2023 - Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager was born in Southern California, which is vibrantly influenced by Stone's neighbours to the south. Brewed with just the right amount of lime and sea salt, it’s everything a lager should be – crisp, refreshing and full of flavour.

As dark as the midnight sky, this Black Lager is inspired by traditional German Schwarzbiers. A restrained roasted malt flavour with notes of bitter dark chocolate and coffee. Spicy and herbal hop characteristics paired with the clean profile of this beer really lifts this style.

Super refreshing dry hopped pilsner fermented with a traditional Bavarian lager yeast with an ultra light, all-German malt base. Showcasing Callista hops developed at the Hull Research Institute, displaying vibrant aromas of apricot, pears, and strawberries, balanced with a crisp bitterness. A heatwave essential!
