Castilla La Mancha Reds

The grapes were first cold soaked and fermented at a controlled temperature. Then macerated and matured on French oak for five months to provide rounded elegance. On the palate the wine is fresh and juicy with well-integrated tannins and acidity. A lovely fruity finish with fine spicy notes. Decant 30 minutes before drinking.

Medium-high layer of intense red colour. Mainly aromas from ripe red fruit, with hints of liquorice and aromatic herbs. The palate is very persistent, with hints of liquorice and red fruit.

Floral and spicy aromas on the nose are typical of the Syrah variety. The wine is medium-bodied with a smooth and velvety finish, full of fruit and pleasantly sweet.
