Our extra pale ale uses a large amount of pale malt, giving our beer a paler, brighter colour and crisper flavour. This is balanced with a bitterness from an eclectic mix of Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Our first collaborations with the legends at Rooster's takes inspiration from our mutual friends in California, as we're teaming up on a West Coast Pils. Although a modern style, it fits nicely with what we love about Rooster's hop forward, drinkable balanced beers. It's crisp, clean and snappy, with resinous hop character and fruit filled aromas.
