Munich Dunkel is brewed with British dark malts, using a traditional double decoction mash, to tease out a bouquet of caramelized nuts and bread crust. Slow, low temperature fermentation and long cold lagering, results in a rich amber beer. Nutty, rich, full bodied, unfiltered, and beautifully balanced.

A deep and luxurient imperial stout with a 8 malt base and a heavy dose of lactose for a full and smooth mouthfeel. Cold rested on locally roasted coffee with a generous addition of caramel and Madagascan vanilla. Pours black with a low carbonation and a tan head. A perfect dessert.
