This beer incorporates ingredients sourced from within Europe. Malts from three different countries create a light amber, slight malty and biscuity flavour and a medium body with a light, residually sweet finish. Pours dark copper with an off white head. Hazy to opaque due to high wheat content (50% of the grist). On the nose cloves and banana dominate, with a slight aroma of caramel and bread / dough. On the taste there are more grain and bread flavours, with a light sweetness and medium body. Lovely beer to have on a cold spring evening!
