It’s no secret that IPAs are Stone's favourite beer style. They represent everything it believes beer should be: bold, flavourful and distinct. And while Stone certainly enjoyed brewing high-ABV double IPAs over the years, it loved the challenge of packing all that bold character into a 4% IPA. With notes of dankness and citrus in a beautiful golden orange haze, this beer is brewed to celebrate neverending good times.

New England IPA with a medium body and medium haze. White thin layer of foam. Slightly sweet, low to no bitterness. Intense aroma and flavour of tropical fruits, stone fruits, citrus notes like orange and grapefruit. Slightly note of Geranium and pine. Medium to low carbonation, easy drinkable and refreshing.

Strawberry & Peach is a mixed fermentation fruit forward sour beer, conditioned on Scottish strawberries and sweet, juicy peaches. The balance of sweet tart flavours make it a firm favourite among Vault City fans, with its approachable flavours and subtle complexities. The unique flavour comes from the combination of fruit puree and our house mixed culture, which is a unique blend of saccharomyces and lactobacillus, creating delicate sourness and tropical citrus esters.

Our extra pale ale uses a large amount of pale malt, giving our beer a paler, brighter colour and crisper flavour. This is balanced with a bitterness from an eclectic mix of Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Angry Cherry is a fruit gose with sour cherries. We used 1.9 tons for 100hl of beer. The original beer style with cardamom and salt is clearly recognizable, but the cherries take it to new heights.

One of the most complex yet easy-drinking beer styles, Tmavé Pivo is rich, dark, and incredibly smooth. Brewed with a traditional double decoction mash, fermented cold and slow, and lagered to perfection. Na zdraví.

Two Tribes Hazy IPA is brewed with UK and German ingredients, showcasing the latest Hopsteiners aroma hop, Solero. This adds tropical notes of passionfruit and stone fruit to the beer blending perfectly with citrus and tropical notes provided by Citra and Cascade, finishing slightly sweet with the addition of oats.

This little beauty won Silver in the International Beer Challenge and got a star at the Great Taste Awards. It is a marriage of sweet, succulent apricots and Mosaic and Idaho7 hops. Novi is a well-balanced beer inspired by the Novi Special 1940s racing car and the Novi Team engines developed in Novi, Michigan. Its colour scheme nods to Bobby Unser's ‘Novi Special’. The beer itself pours a delightfully hazy gold with a frothy white head, releasing punchy aromas of lemon, pineapple, and peach.
